Event Detail Page should link attendees to their LP profiles

Bug Description

Currently, on an event detail page (i.e. http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/team/10/detail/), under "Event Attendees", it only displays a list of Launchpad usernames. Once Bug #495046 is fixed, it will also display the real names of these people. However, it would be useful if the LoCo directory linked these names to the Launchpad profiles that go with them. This would make it easy for me to find out more information about an attendee who I might not be familiar with. It would also allow me to learn where the wiki page is, what their irc nick is, and other useful information about them.

We also need to consider https://bugs.launchpad.net/loco-directory/+bug/574049 and what we do with user who don't have a launchpad profile.

For 574049 (and this one) is it possible to require a user have an LP account? Run a check to see if one exists, if not, direct them to create one?

We should start spec'ing out the "user" or "profile" stuff. I get the feeling that all of these bugs can be neatly folded into it.
