Dates always shown in EU format

Bug Description

Dates are always shown in the server in EU format - eg

dd/mm/yyyy

There should be a config option to convert that to

mm/dd//yyyy for all the countries that have it the wrong way round :P

I had a quick bash, but seem to have broken more than I fixed.

What I've done is in lp:~alexharrington/xibo/341906 and is based on lp:~dangarner/xibo/server100-rc3

I don't think this is a bug - the code is just not written to support other date locals as yet.

I think we should make this a requirement of the work on (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/xibo/+spec/xibo-server-ajax-schedule). Which would involve a spec to pass dates around in the local unspecific way.

If you agree just edit the blueprint and close out this bug...
