Bug Description

there were two power surges in the last week that caused my computer screen to show everything in larger resolution. I can't figure out how to get it back to normal size where I can see things better. Everything is really big. I have turned the computer off and restarted it several times and nothing has happened. What can I do to get it to go back to normal?

Is this still an issue in more recent versions of Ubuntu? Gutsy has reached the end of its supported life, and will not be receiving any more updates.

The 18 month support period for Gutsy Gibbon 7.10 has reached its end of life -

new Jaunty Jackalope 9.04 release and confirm if this issue remains -

release, please update this report by changing the Status of the "linux (Ubuntu)"
