Bug Description

Before message-sharing-switchover ( https://blueprints.launchpad.net/rosetta/+spec/message-sharing-switchover ) lands, run the message-sharing-populate script ( https://blueprints.edge.launchpad.net/rosetta/+spec/message-sharing-populate ).

Remember first to clear TranslationMessage.potemplate on rows that have been copied from older DistroSeries: bug 299968.
