Bug Description
When I hover the cursor over the sound file icon, a preview of the sound file
plays like it should. But 3-5 seconds after moving the cursor away, a piece of
that sound file can still be heard for a quick instant. This is only a minor
annoyance, yet I thought I should address it so it may be fixed. I have tried
opening Nautilus in console but I get no debugging information; console allows
another command to be typed right away. Do you know anyway to help me with this
problem. Any insight will be appreciated

In a similar incident, the same event happened when playing a sound file from
any media player. I opened xmms in console and it reported that libmikmod.so
could not be found. I then search libmikmod in synaptic and installed the
package libmikmod2 (3.1.11-
playing the file on a media player. Totem, XMMS, and Rhythmbox all work fine now.
This usually indicates a sound driver issue; the output buffer is not being
managed correctly
