Bug Description
Thanks for sbackup, I like it. But it could be better :)
Size-wise, most of what I back up is media files, movies and, to a lesser extent, music. gzipping those files gains only negligible space, but takes a very long time in which the computer (laptop) uses 100% of one CPU core.
Given today's HD prices, a backup HD of the same size as the primary is a common solution. The option of not gzipping could save a lot of time, energy, and noise in exchange for little loss.
