Bug Description

From time to time launch EDP job on transient cluster fails with errors:

Error: MapReduce job could not be run, Oozie service is not found.
Error: Could not launch job

This occurs because method 'get_oozie_server' in plugin return None.

Cluster template:
One master node with namenode oozie resourcemanager historyserver processes.
Three worker node with datanode and nodemanager processes.
Vanilla 2 plugin.
