Adding images with the content hub does not work

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new note or edit a new one
2. Click on the image button to embed an image from the device
3. The content picker is loaded
4. Select an image from the gallery app and tap on Pick

Actual result:

- The current note is loaded, but no image has been embedded

Expected result:

- The current note is loaded and has the picked image embedded
