Bug Description
On TI Panda 4430 and 4460 board with Linux Linaro ubuntu image:

USB host doesn't work. USB Mouse, Keyboard and external storage can't be recognised after plugged them into USB slots. "lsusb" and "lsusb -t" always show following output:
