Bug Description
The dashboard tool needs to extract stack and project specific data from the cu2d files. This should be part of the cu2d toolset so that the dashboard doesn't have to understand the stack format.

I have an prototype implementation for this that we've been using for dashboard development. It just needs to be revised and make sure test coverage is sufficient.
