Bug Description
On the stack page, add a chart which shows the historical coverage data for the stack displayed. X axis is time, Y axis is coverage line/branch rates, may also have a "percent reporting" line.
This should involve adding a property to the PsqaProject model which reports a series of coverage results over time, and merging these in the stack model, offering them to the template.
Make pretty!
