Parallels is broken in testdrive

Bug Description
Testdrive cannot launch parallels, when asked to, it gives the following error:

File "/usr/local/
ISOLIST[
UnboundLocalError: local variable 'virt' referenced before assignment
I suggest we remove parallels from testdrive as it is rarely used, takes up space and is visibly broken.
