When turn off javascript, Javascript issues on /artefact/internal are:
 - There are 2 buttons 'Save profile'
 - The tabs: 'Contact information', 'Messaging' and 'General' are not available

More issues:

- No 'Add' button for new email address
- Button [x] does not work

Test note:

- Fieldsets should display in tabs.
- Only one 'Save profile' button at bottom.
- All buttons for removing/adding email address should work.
- An error message will display if removing the default email.

Test cases

1. Login as an user
2. On the main menu, Click Content/Profile

Make sure all tabs work
Make sure all information are correct and buttons work properly.
