Panel and StatusMenu... in Unity dissappeared

Sometimes my Desktop is spinning.
The window with the programm is open, but the randfunktion dissappeared:

- menu display
- the whole panel

instead the background of my Desktop is show.
When I will click on the function, for example i will open a Programm i can do this, but i don't see what I do!
as it were i click on the on the place, where the icon is, but the icon is not show, but the Programm open.
The same with the whole panel and statusbar on the top right.
