Bug Description
As reported by Kris de Gussem (in bug #972797, comment #16), the cairomm/region.h header is missing from devlibs. This should be present in cairomm > 1.10. I suspect that we have bumped the binary libraries in devlibs without updating headers.
Please could someone familiar with devlibs check this out?

Actually, it more looks like our devlibs cairomm version is 1.8.4, and by accident the readme file has bumped the version number (see rev 23).
