Move the queries inside the browsetable method.

Presently the browsetable writes queries inline. These should be moved to independent methods inside of the Database class file and called from the main method. This will allow us to:

A. Cache the results on a timely basis.
B. Call these methods independently of the main wrapper function for utility boxes or widget displays off-site.
