Date Range Paging for Brutus Searches

Add the ability to cycle backward and forward along the timeline for all searches. Additionally limit string searches to the last 30,60,90 days based on optimum result sizes (around 300 records). Cycling through the timeline should replicate the same logic (300 records in as few days as possible.)
