Generalized Server Indexing

Boots should have a generalized system to maintain an index of top-level server objects, such as databases, tables, indexes, and views. These indexes could be used for completion, input validation, and enhanced metacommands (such as mimicing postgres's \d).
These indexes are likely server implementation specific, so should be added to the boots.api.
