Add a way to recover th e URL if the final window has been closed by mistake

As reported by Gabriel M. : "People tend to dismiss dialog boxes very quickly, and there's no obvious way to recover that URL afterwards except restarting the whole, long repair process."
This blueprint is to brainstorm on this subject.
e.g. we could add a notify (in the up-right panel) remembering the URL, but i'm not sure it would be compatible with all Debian's derivatives...
