Passing parameters to scripts accessed by bootrepair

BootRepair calls several scripts. Currently, you can pass boot parameters to the executing distro (Ubuntu), but seemingly not to other linux distros in the multiboot enviornment (linux-os-prober). Seems that the defaults for Windows and Mac have been resolved, but there are so many variants of Linux, that defaults can't be "hard coded." Refer to bug report 263888.

Whiteboard
SmilingInSeattle, the "Add kernel options" feature in the "GRUB options" already allows to pass boot parameters to the other linux distros. (when boot-repair used in live session). Is that fullfilling the needs ?
