Improve internet detection

Boot-Repair detects Internet via the following command:
[[ "$(wget -T 10 -q -O - checkip.dyndns.org)" =~ "Current IP Address:" ]] && echo connected || echo no-internet

This sometimes fails (it doesn't detect some internet connections). This should be improved.
