Add a boot flag if none is detected

According to Oldfred, some BIOS do not let you boot at all if there is not a boot flag on a primary partition. ( http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=11579923#post11579923 )

Boot-Repair should check the presence of a boot flag on primary partitions, and add such a flag if it is missing.
