Improve BootInfo

BootInfoScript upstream project ( https://sourceforge.net/p/bootinfoscript/code/ci/master/tree ) is dead since Jan 2013 (no updates, no answer to bug reports and patch submissions), so it is necessary to continue improving the BootInfo embeeded in Boot-Repair (/usr/share/boot-sav/bis.sh in https://launchpad.net/~yannubuntu/+archive/boot-repair/+packages ) with the patches that have been submitted since then.
