A grammar should be able to validate itself

Grammars can be invalid for several reasons, such as having duplicate operator tokens, identifier spacing and namespace separator tokens being the same, etc. Therefore grammars should have a method that verifies if it's valid or not, taking all possible situations into account. This feature could be used by developers in their test suites.
