Unit-Testing

Once upon a time the CLI portion of bkrpr had unit-testing. I never checked it in and never backed it up and never stopped regretting deleting it. We could use gtktest or any other suitable package. But we need effective unit tests. Anybody that wants to own unit-testing can take this as a discrete piece of the project.
