Allow to manage different actions for multiple bluetooth devices

Allow the detection of mulitple bluetooth devices, each having its own detection settings.
It may be interesting to add additional detection actions like "what to do if at least x devices are detected", "what to do if exactly these devices (x,y,z) are detected"
