create a separate server process which notifies using dbus

BlueProximity should be split up in a server and a client part usually running on the same machine. The server component could be startet with linux running as root.
The GUI should only contain a client for configuring the detection parameters as well as the action commands while the server part does only the detection.
The client should notify the server of config changes using dbus messages.
The server should send out notify events via dbus messages if detection differences are detected.
The client then does activate all configured actions.
This would allow multiple clients - even special clients like plugins for IM tools, music players and stuff like that.
