Open an Bluemapia tiled TIF resulted from a previous conversion

Open any "__ALLT.tif" file that was created by converting original maps. If a ".BSB" header file is present in the same directory, Bluemapia opens it to read the calibration data for the given map. ".BSB" header files will be always present after the conversion of a BSB3 file.
