NMEA settings for the NMEA input

Set the proper COM port and settings for the serial communication with the GPS receiver. It is also possible to enter a filename as input. In that case the system reads the sentences contained in that file. It is also possible to set a file as output. In that case all the sentences received on the COM port will be written into this file.
