Create Placemark Dialog

Dialog to create a placemark. The placemark is created at the coordinates corresponding to the center of the screen (the cross symbol). If no info is entered, the name of the placemark is automatically assigned and corresponds to the lat/lon coordinates. If the Moving Map option is active, the center of the screen corresponds to the current coordinates of the GPS. Deactivating Moving Map allows to move the cursor and create a placemark wherever you want, even when the GPS is connected. When a camera is available, the OK button will activate the camera to take a picture and automatically connect that picture to the placemark being created. Ask the user if he/she wants to send the placemark to the site at the end of the creation.
