Usermanager for logging in to Bioclipse

Usermanager storing things like database usernames / passwords and other stuff for a user. The idea is to log in once into Bioclipse which remembers passwords and other stuff for the user. There is already some code. Make it more suitable for Bioclipse 2 or perhaps rewrite it?
