Support auth for ironic module interactions

Given the availability and integration with os-client-config and ultimately keystoneauth through shade, it is logical to support role based actions with authentication. Although the bifrost model utilizes noauth mode, it is conceivable that a user may wish to leverage the roles and ultimately modules in similar, albeit disjointed fashion. Conceivably, this could allow a user to enroll some portion of their hardware inventory in another ironic deploy.
