Capitalization rules for "von" part in names

BibTeX names are made of four potential parts: firstname, lastname, von, Jr. This blueprint adds a specific CSS hook for the separate capitalization control of "von" in names. For example, keeping it lowecase when lastname is uppercase. Should be a true/false trigger.

v0.09 already does this by default. But the separate CSS hook still needed.
