Personal / private notes for each user

Make editable (by default private) notes for each user, which allow file attachment. This will help to organize scraps and informations flowing around on desktops, small notes, etc, which do not find space anywhere else but may be important later.
Each user should be able to create as many notes as they want.

Each dbObject now can easily add a NoteEditorPanel, the easiest way for now is to add it to a JTabbedPane (like it now is for Files, Bibliographies, Persons and I think quotations as well.
