online sharing server for exchanging quotes, bibs and files

Online access to database would be great. It seems that db4o supports that natively but I have no idea of how to use that possibility. File entries would have to be adapted probably as well.

Any bibliography and it's quotes which have an open access license could be made available to 'the community'. All files with appropriate free licenses too. This could definitely enhance the workflow in working groups with common bibliography sources but could basically be open to anybody worldwide [coming closer to my secret goal of a knowledge database :) ].
