Templates for new files, that can be opened, edited and then imported as new files for quick new file attachment

Should make life much easier and faster, if for example you want to attach a self-made image not yet existing.
The template gets copied to the temp-folder, then opened with standard program, edited, saved.
Then the already used JDialog asks what to do with the file, and it is imported into database and stored as new file.

Fast, efficient and nice :)
