Resize window with mouse

Need to add the ability to resize a window using the mouse.
Considerations:
The user will be able to resize a window by hovering the mouse over any of the four corners of the window.
The mouse cursor icon will then change to represent this ability.
The user should not be able to resize the window beyond the workspace bounds.
