In an effort to keep track of the changes being made to secrets or upcoming expirations
As an IT auditor or Ops Engineer
I'd like to pass in a filter on the GET /secrets call to retrieve all secrets for my tenant that will:
(1) expire within x days
(2) OR has been created within the last x days
(3) OR has been updated within the last x days
