Add the total number of secrets/orders available, to the get secret/order list API calls

When a GET secrets/ or orders/ call is made, a paged list of secrets/orders is returned. However, the total number of secrets/orders is not returned so the tenant doesn't know how many paged requests are needed to see all of their secrets and orders. This blueprint calls for adding this total size information to the response JSON.
