Add more status to Barbican entities

Currently we only support following status for all entities which is not enough and not releven some time.
PENDING = 'PENDING'
ACTIVE = 'ACTIVE'
ERROR = 'ERROR'
e.g. secret ERROR and PENDING does not make sense for Secret.
ACTIVE is the only one which is usable with secret, there has to be more status for secret (Active, Deactive, suspended ...)
