Cleanup Source Tree

The hole source tree must be cleaned up.
This means that the documentation directory must be updated, by setting up a nice directory structure (v0.1 within the requirement review, preliminary design, ...) and particularly a new make target must be defined, that generates all the third-party libraries and places them in /lib/bin/. Of course we need also one target to clean up these stuff.
