Supporting writing to NTFS partitions as default

Registered by Mantas Kriaučiūnas

We really need to support writing to NTFS volumes as default.
It seems the quickest solution would be use ntfs-3g and ntfs-config (https://launchpad.net/ntfs-config ) packages.

Whiteboard

Full writing access to NTFS filesystems was implemented since Baltix 2.7rc (based on Ubuntu 7.04) - in this version as default was enabled read-only access, but user could change this with few mouse clicks in "NTFS Configuration Tool" (see "Programs"->"System Tools").
Since Baltix 3.0rc full writing access to NTFS filesystems was enabled by default.
