Represent a task as a thumbnail of the window

First of all, a launcher should remain a launcher only, and not represent a task after having launched it (I think this is related to this blueprint : https://blueprints.launchpad.net/awn/+spec/allow-launcher-only).

Then, that would be nice if the tasks themselves were shown as miniatures of the corresponding windows, updated in real time (as it is widely used in Compiz-Fusion, including for alt-tab, expose plugin, etc.).
