Make the taskmanager's window scroll feature optional

Currently, if I hover over the dock and scroll up or down or sideways, awn's taskmanager flips through any open windows. Please make this feature optional. I use a laptop's touchpad, so this window flipping happens to me accidentally fairly often. I move the pointer (and my finger on the touchpad) down to where the dock is and click on an icon. Then, when I'm leaving the dock, my finger is on the touchpad's scroll area and I accidentally use the scroll. Then, because of how imprecise a laptop's touchpad is, you can't move back to the desired window by scrolling.
