Only do the attention animation under certain conditions

Currently (awn 0.2.6), awn will display the attention-grabbing animation whenever a window's title has been updated. This can be somewhat annoying and useless when the application's title has some progress indicator (like a percentage). awn should filter out minor updates to the title (e.g., changes in a percentage value).
