Show that a task is minimized

When minimizing tasks, they look exactly the same as if they were not minimized.
When haveing multiple windows of the same type, it helps to see what is 'current'.
I propose making the little triangle point down if a window is minimized. Or as an altenative,
make an icon a little bit desaturated.
