Hide, With no Auto

How about a hide that isn't automatic? Here is a proposed way this would work...
1) You turn it on
2) You wiggle your mouse in a mouse gesture (Or just rapid back-forth) on the dock to make it lower and get out of the way of something.
3) You wiggle your mouse again at the bottom of the screen to get it back.
The reasoning for this is such... A lot of people like to see awn (Its so pretty!), but sometimes it blocks the status bar of a program or something of the like. In this case, it would be nice to get it off the screen.
