Option for opening no Task on the Launcher

It would be nice to have an option which opens a new task-button for every new task even if they have a launcher in awn. So if I have a launcher for for example Mozilla and I press it I would like to have a new task-button instead of just the triangle disapearing. This would be especially usefull if i open more than one window of the same application, since the the tasks are not spread all over the bar. You might think I'm stupid, but I often get confused by not knowig where my task has gone to, because this small triangle does not really show that well.
