distance effect:
keeps icons smaller and faded(like "fade" effect) or blurred till mouseover of the cursor. On mouse over icons zoom in (with a small delay or instant depending on settings) and are not faded/blurred any longer.
specially cool effect for the icons when the bar is in "3D look" mode.
