Icon Emblems and Overlays

A convenient method to overlay one or more of the following on top of an existing awn applet icon: icons, emblems, pixbufs, cairo surfaces, text. Placement will be available using gtk-icon-info-get-attach-points() or the standard concept of gravity (S,SE,E,NE,N,NW,W,SW and Centered). Sizing will be available through gtk-icon-info-get-attach-points() and percentage of the applet icon and consideration will be given to pixel based dimensions.
